Before finding this educational platform and community, we worked as corporate consultants for over 10 years. After all, that was the path we were taught to follow. We were working 80 hours per week, sacrificing our time, and making someone else rich! We knew we wanted to be business owners and finally took that step 4 years ago when we started our own consulting company. We were now self-employed! Hooray! This was great... so we thought. It didn’t take long to realize we would have to continue working endless hours and would still be dependent on clients and contracts to determine our income. The business we created and owned, really owned us! What little personal time we had was being stolen by business travel and long commutes. We were trading time for dollars, we hated it, and we knew we needed to get our lives back.

That's when we began searching for an alternative business model. A model where we could truly leverage our time while creating multiple streams of income. We wanted a business where we could work around our lifestyle and have complete control over our lives. We wanted to be able to do what we wanted, when we wanted and never worry about the cost. We wanted to know that we could help our families and friends when needed or just because we wanted to. And we wanted to be able to help others create the lifestyle of their dreams.

Well immediately we were bombarded with sales pitches and business 'opportunities'. We researched many of these opportunities and even tried a few. We went to TONS of training courses and immersed ourselves in finding THE business that felt right and appealed to us on many levels. We looked at traditional network marketing and MLM companies but realized fairly quickly that the techniques they were endorsing, and even teaching, were outdated. We weren't interested in making a list of family and friends and having home parties. We also dove into the world of real estate investing. We learned the power behind multiple strategies and how to effectively use them in different economic cycles. While most of these opportunities and strategies were effective and worked for many people, none of these models were the automated business system with leverage that we were looking for. Remember, that was our ultimate goal. So now we had spent a lot of money, still had zero free time and were still stuck working long hours in our J.O.B.!

Well all of that finally changed when we came to the realization that our future business would be centered online. After all, the internet was the answer, right? 1.5 billion people are searching for things on the Internet every day. And there are 100 million new users joining the Internet each day that weren't on it yesterday. So gaining the knowledge and education to effectively market online is a requirement in today's world. And it immediately became a requirement for us!

We'll get to be with our kids everyday and spend so much time watching them grow up. That's how life has changed for us.
